Elizabeth
& Dan...November 2008.
One of things I enjoy so much about being a Wedding Videographer are the people
I am fortunate enough to meet, and then am able to call friends. I met Liz an Dan
back in August of 2006 while taping Dans Sister's wedding. I was honored and humbled
when they called me in early 2008 asking if I was available for their wedding. Both Dan
and Liz were excted about their weddding video, which made for a really fun and relaxing day.
At their reception I was reminded how close these families are, and also reminded that
they REALLY enjoy having fun! Yes, there was another party bus, yes I was pressured into
drinking again (brady this time), and yes
Their Wedding was a BLAST!!!
Ok...Ok...Here is the Bus Footage just a sample though!
All my best to you...-scottd
Shimansky Wedding
Emily
& Sean...October 2008
I'm not sure what it was about this couple, but I had an instant attraction to
them_perhaps it is that my daughters name is Emily too, regardless of the
connection, I feel fortunate to have met and worked for them on their Wedding
Day. These teaser clips have
been called many things (good and bad). I find them to be worse than a movie
trailer, as when they are about you, people tend to want to see much, much
more. Unfortunately, this clip will probably fall into that catagory. Emily and
Sean, let me apologize now, but understand, the best is yet to come...Enjoy!!
After watching the teaser ump teen times, I figured a little more footage would be desired.
Enjoy this clip it is the pre reception
piece of your wedding video.
Lai Wedding
Sherrie
& Frank...November 2007
This is a short introduction to
their special day. Sister Melody is the pianist for this short piece.
Here is a two piece segment.
The first is just after the ceremony some of the formals are included, the
second piece includes the rest of Sherrie and Frank's formal photos. This is a
longer piece than I normally post, but they have been waiting to see pieces of
their wedding video, so I thought a longer segment was required.
Kofoed Wedding
Nicole
& Scott...August 2007.
I have known this couple since 2003...2003!!!! I was hired in July 2003 to
videotape for Melissa and Jeff. Then again in September of 2003 for Scott's
sister Kari and brother in law (scott's best man) Nate, and met up with them
again in July 2005 at Leah & Matt's wedding. At the end of that July night,
I approached them and inquired into hiring me when they get engaged. Fast
forward to 2007, and I receive a call from a few people trying to book my
services. Nicole and Scott are a fun couple and have a wonderful family and
friends surrounding them. It was an honor for Ed and I to drive to Rhode Island
for their wedding day!
Here is Nicole getting
ready prior to the ceremony.
Scott's getting ready
footage was a little more subdued than Nicole's.
Here is the formal photo
segment.
This is their cocktail
segment leading into the reception.

Bellino Wedding
Stephanie
& Scott...October 2007.
I met Steph back in 2005 when she was a bridesmaid in another wedding I was
filming. She approached me then and said, "when I get married, I am hiring
you to do the video." In late 2006 we set up a consultation and I had the
pleasure of meeting Scott. There were potential plans to play 9 holes of golf
prior to the ceremony...well, I just had to be a part of that!
While consulting with Stephanie and Scott during the edit, I sent some sample
frames of video I was playing with in Photoshop. Stephanie encouraged me to
continue sending anything I could. I always enjoy editing to techno music, and
was feeling a little edgy today. Here is the trailer that
will start their wedding video!
It should leave you wanting more...it does for me!
Lopez Wedding
Alan
& Rachel...June 2007.
The Lopez & LaManna gang have returned!!!!
After
experiencing Paola & Craig's Wedding, I could not
imagine what brother Alan, and sister-in-law Rachel, could come up with. After
attending the wedding, I realized they didn't have to "come up with"
anything...these families are just plain FUN!!! I mean, I could characterize
the group as, crazy, insane, energetic etc...but it ALL goes back to fun...they
are A LOT of fun! I will be posting mulitple clips, so check back in a few
days.
In the middle of their reception, Alan decided to serenade Rachel, from there
on, it only got better!
Banks Wedding
Kimberly

segment.
Lastly, these are the
formal photo moments I captured for them.
I want to thank Melissa and Frank for their patience during the editing
process, and also congratulate them on the birth of their daughter!!
Lieberman Wedding Clip
Corrine
& Eben were married in November.
Eben is a Bass player from East Longmeadow MA. The JK Band (Joel Krantz,
bandleader) was a part of their special day...it took little convincing to get
Eben up on stage to show off his stuff. Editing this clip, reminded me what a good time
we had that day. Two songs are represented in this highlight clip...Signed,
Sealed, Delivered, and from the Rolling Stones, Satisfaction. Enjoy!

DePonte Wedding
Megan
and Daniel were married on August 26, 2006. The weather was 'ify' all day. We
hoped the overcast skies wouldn't open up and wash-out the formal photo
session. Fortunetly there was only a 5 minute period of light rain, which
allowed us to capture all the formals in Fairfield CT, and also take the golf
cart out for a spin and tee up a few at the Grassy Hill Country Club in Orange.
Towards the end of the evening, Daniel approached me and asked if I wanted to
do a testimonial..."Sure, why not?" Megan and Daniel's words
reminded me why I do what I do. I LOVE this profession, and the people I
interact with. I am priviledged to be able to share in the lives of extrodinary
people on one of the most important days of their lives, and I cherish that
opportunity. It was very gratifying and humbling to hear their words BEFORE the
night was over. Megan and Daniel, the honor was mine! -scottd

Kim
& Telmo were married on July 15, 2006, Here is the church arrival
sequence, and this is their
wedding recap.
Part of what makes what I do so enjoyable is looking back on these events
during the edit, and seeing how much fun everyone had. This particular wedding
was difficult for me to get through. Kim and her Father have a very special
relationship that shines during the father daughter dance. During the edit I
watch these clips 100's of times (literally) and EVERYTIME, I kid you not, everytime
my eyes welled up (probably because I have a daughter)...I can only hope that
our relationship is as strong as theirs!
Thank you both for a fantastic day!

Naomi
& Alexander were married on June 10, 2006 in Kent CT, at a little place
called Club Getaway...I will probably never forget this 3 day event! There were
dozens of things planned for all 150+ guests to do over the course of the
weekend, and the food was constant! It was a unique wedding celebration, and a
party I'll never forget.
This clip may very well be the best
thing I have seen a bachelor do prior to his wedding.

"The Party Bus"
Deanna
and Scott were married on August 12, 2006. I was not prepared for what happened
after the ceremony. The ride from Woodbury, CT to Wolcott, CT took about 35-40
minutes. It was the best limo ride I have ever experienced while being a
wedding videographer. This clip
is cleaned up raw footage straight out of the camera. These are the moments
that we will never forget. For the first time in my life, I fell victim to peer
pressure (Thanks Mark!!) But it was an AWESOME 10 seconds of fame! Thanks guys
for a fantastic day, turning me on to green apple pucker schnapps, and memories
that i will never forget! -scottd

Remaining
on life's cutting edge, Video Images is proud to offer our clients aerial footage of their wedding day. This clip was our maiden voyage, and
is really a documentary about the flight, and not so much about the Candlewood
Inn (located in Brookfield CT). Ted shot the cockpit footage, while I remained
grounded. Cory was our pilot, and Scott (another Scott, also a pilot), came
along for the ride. If you are interested in adding this service to your
